Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults and children can stay for $20 per person, per night. Children 5 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 2-4 guests in rooms with a king bed (depending on room selection) and 4 guests in rooms with two queen beds.

Spent 2 nights at the lodge with my wife celebrating my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. We had dinner with the family at the lodge’s restaurant and were impressed with the quality of food and professionalism of their staff.

I didn’t pay for it but someone who goes there regularly (Cambria area) got the package for us. Dinner was great, the staff were amazing at all points. After dinner on our first night we went into the lounge and just enjoyed the live music. The only drawback was the jacuzzi in room 518 had a mind of its own and would turn itself on in the middle of the night. Then, around 7.30am the workers putting up the lights were banging stuff into the ground. That woke me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep. They didn’t bang the next morning so thanks to whoever told them to hold off. Melissa was great and reaching out to us through text is so user friendly and smart to connect with customers. She offered us to upgrade at only $50 and we said yes because of the jacuzzi. Breakfast staff were great and so was the buffet breakfast. It kept us full until dinner time.

Cambria Pines Lodge went above & beyond to accommodate us. We had to cancel our initial reservation due to Covid. When rebooking no standard room was available. They upgraded us to a suite with 2 fireplaces at no additional charge. We will be back.
