Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation: Once booked, reservations cannot be canceled, but can be rescheduled up to 72 hours beforehand. Attempts to change within 72 hours of reservation are subject to voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid select Mondays-Tuesdays and Thursdays-Fridays for 8:30, 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. departures (for Napa River History Kayak Tour and kayak rental vouchers) or for 8, 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. departures (for paddleboard rental voucher) during merchant's operating hours. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to reservation time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included.
