Easy to purchase and redeem voucher. Booking and checking in was smooth. Arrived before 3pm and room was ready. Room is comfortable modern and clean with two double beds. Beautiful ocean views however no balcony. Sunday breakfast brunch was to die for. Combination of traditional Mexican favorites and regular breakfast items all beautifully presented. 1st class breakfast brunch. Pool is large with a nice swim up bar. Employees are super friendly polite and professional all the way.

They will try to get you to attend a time sharing presentation. Unless you really want the free gifts politely decline.

Great time at a clean and safe property. Pretty close to downtown area. Breakfast buffet was average to mediocre. The aesthetic was pretty good for a large corporate hotel.

Tipping can be confusing at breakfast - staff comes up to us at the end of our meal to sign a receipt for a breakfast that was included with our stay.
Please consider updating hotel room bathrooms with a more private door between the toilet and the sink. Also, please consider signage and details on the bar menus in regards to all the tropical drinks you serve. All of them were just listed by name with no explanation of what is in them.

A group of 6 adults traveled to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate my birthday. It was the first time in PV for two of them. We all had an awesome time!

We were really happy with the Sheraton Buganvilias. Rooms are really nice and spacious and the ocean views were super! It's my understanding that the resort was recently renovated. Food was very good. Their website did mention two or three restaurants that were nowhere to be found on the property (even with some restaurants sharing the same venue on alternating nights). The free wifi at the hotel was not good. The signal was okay but we were constantly disconnected from the network and had to keep logging back in. I feel sorry for anyone who did not have an international data plan on their smartphone and was planning to rely on the hotel's wifi.

Birthday trip for my sister and me...people were amazing, so happy, positive and nice. Loved the buffet breakfast! The beach is not sand, it's rocks, but the room was perfect and the view spectacular! We loved the location.

The pool water is too warm, like a bath. It wasn't really refreshing.

There was an earthquake the days we were at the hotel and the staff were very professional and accommodating considering it was a 7.2. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

I do wish I knew about the rooms NOT having a balcony, I may have changed hotels because of this.

Great value for what we got. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the resort grounds are beautiful. Having breakfast included was a big perk - the breakfast buffet was massive!
