The staff was very friendly. My massage was excellent. It was just disappointing that they were very strict on about using anything else but coming in for your massage.

The massage was fantastic, but they don’t allow anyone to use their pool and they don’t have a Jacuzzi. The lockers are fairly small and the only amenity in it is a shower, and a steam room. I feel like for the amount of money spent it could have been a day experience. Also, there is only one restaurant that they allow day spa guest to use and had they been busy we would’ve been booted. Travelzoo should absolutely let people know that it’s just for the spa and nothing else. I’m from Arizona and all of our spas are day experiences with use of facilities

Unfortunately we arrived late to our spa appointment due to a leak in our villa. We could not be accommodated, and only received 10-15 min of our treatment. We also did not receive the add-ons that came with the travelzoo purchase. Also, the hotel was doing renovations and our massages were located on the 6th floor; where they turned rooms into massage rooms. However, we were able to return at a later date and pay for services ourselves, which Chris offered us a discount. This return visit was back in the spa location instead of the 6th floor. Our return visit was very pleasant and we would happily return.

While we didn’t stay at the property, staff was very attentive and generous - especially the shuttle service which was meant for guests only.

Not cheaper booking through TravelZoo! I expected a better value from Travelzoo! Staff had a bad attitude. Manager said when we called that we could upgrade to the beach hut and upgrade to an 80 minute massage for $107 due to the spa being under construction and denied it once we arrived. I will also add we are hotel guests. Terrible customer service, Not a very relaxing experience overall.

Beautiful Spa, but not really much of a discount. They also put an automatic $45 on your bill for tipping! Felt excessive as it was more than 20%. Service and massage were exceptional!

Although my massage was relaxing, but I did tell my therapist no to use arm rolling technique and that's all she did. I will try another therapist next time.

While the massage was relaxing it was too short. We had to ask for the glass of Prosecco, green shot and how to deal with the complimentary valet parking.

My massage therapist Tiffany was amazing.

The staff and service was poor. We felt we were treated differently because we had a promotional offer. They did not mention the perks that included the offer. Did not offer the complementary juice or glass of Prosecco. When we asked about it they said we could have it after our service and have plastic cups if we didn’t sit in the treatment room to drink it. Who wants to complete their service and go back and sit in the treatment room when they are ready to leave? The hair appliances were old and some were broken. The spa was small and did not have a pool or jacuzzi.
