Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Please inform the spa of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival so they can better customize your experience to your needs. A credit card may be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. It is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included in the price of this voucher. Hawaii State tax will be applied to all services. Gratuity is at the discretion of individual guests. Please tip on the full value; 20% is customary for good service.
