Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation: A 24-hour cancellation is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation are subject to voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid select Sundays-Fridays for 5:30 p.m. entry during merchant's operating hours. Online reservations required; subject to availability. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to entry time. Upon arrival at Ka Moana Lū'au, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included and may be added at time of reservation. Please tip on the full value; 18-20% is customary for good service. Limit 5 people per table. 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Not valid during special events, such as Restaurant Week. Depending on voucher, valid for 1 adult (ages 13 and up) and 1 child (ages 4-12) (adult vouchers can be used for an adult or "youth"; max value is based on the regular adult price). "Lap children" ages 3 and under are free; however, each must still be reserved as a guest. Buffet dinner is dine-in only. Seasonal items subject to change. Not valid on products.
