The Segway tour with Dalton. He was so knowledgeable about all the plants and trees, and how they're useful to the Hawaiian culture. He was very patient with us 2 rookies, very calm and encouraging. Never made us feel dumb or uncoordinated! ;-)
Other Comments
Dalton shared some of the many fruits in the gardens, showing us how to eat them and explaining what the Hawaiians use them for (e.g. medicinal).

I was a little confused because I thought this was at World Botanical gardens so I thought that was the garden we would have access to but this was botanical world gardens. The gardens at the zip line were kind of lame. The maze was in and out and the grass needed to be mowed. Was a little disappointed in the initial interaction when we checked in but once we got with the zip line guides it was all good.

We purchased the zipline experience. We had a wonderful time - ages 6 to 66, all first timers to ziplining and the guides made us very comfortable with the activity. We also had one individual that did not participate in the ziplining. She was able to follow us through the course and the guide that walked with her shared information about the different plant species they were passing. He even selected some that were edible and allowed her to sample them fresh from the plant - a very nice touch.
