Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival for stays from May 1–Sept. 30, 2025; and at least 7 days prior to arrival for stays from Feb. 1–April 30, 2025, to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Children 12 and under stay free of charge. Additional guests can stay for an additional fee; contact the hotel directly for more details. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests sharing a king room; and 4 guests sharing a double room.

Additional hotel-specific charges: A resort fee of US$58 per night has been factored into the prices listed above. However, this will not be charged when you purchase your voucher. This will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival. The resort fee covers internet for up to 10 devices, shuttle service to Isla Shopping Village, access to fitness facilities, half-day access to the Kids Club for up to 2 children and more. A 16% VAT (value-added tax), 5% lodging tax and US$4.75 environmental fee per night are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel.
