I did buy a gift voucher for my husband for a facial and the day of our appointment at check-in, we were told that the facial person wasn't coming in today so no facial for my husband!

We happened to be in Napa when this deal showed up and we couldn't be happier. We had an amazing experience: we booked a facial (me) and a massage for my mate. We were both very satisfied with the services. My facial was amazing. I don't get them often but I felt pampered and cared for and my skin looked radiant. My mate was comatose (in a good way) after his massage and slept awhile but he highly rated it. Everything from booking and check in - the front desk woman was so helpful and friendly was great. The facility is really nice and you're given a locker with a plushy robe and slippers and time to relax in a quiet lounge before your service. We highly recommend and will definitely go back to this spa when we're in the area.

Absolutely fabulous. However, due to maintenance the spa closed early and I had to turn in my pool key. My massage was great. Shortening my pool time was disappointing. Still I would return and am planning a return with friends.

Very welcoming, easy check in. Experience was great. It should be mentioned in the voucher that the pool is a separate facility from the spa area, so you can't keep the locker/locker room spa amenities and also use the pool.

Pool was great! The massage was so-so. After our massage we had approximately 20 minutes to shower get out because they were closing at 5:00. Felt very rushed!
