Did not have enough buses. Longer wait than 30 minutes as advertised. Waiting at stop saw many buses from similar services pass by before seeing one from DC trails. Narration was poor on some buses.

liked the tour guides and the easy of getting off and on
I was hit in the head with a branch and I think it was lack of wisdom and recklessness on the part of the driver. Who drives into the tops of trees when driving a double decker bus with people in the top? A branch hit my forehead within 2 inches of my eye. It was exquisitely tender for a week and when I got home at the end of the day, I had to dig bark out of my forehead. This unfortunately ruined a perfectly wonderful day on the on off bus, but this was at the end of the day and the driver did not slow down in the trees or dry to get over to the left to avoid them, I was half way back on top. Other drivers who I'd been on bus with had moved over to the left to avoid the branches.

Visiting historic sites in our Nation's Capital.
The tour bus broke down and was taken out of service. It took 90 minutes before a replacement bus was sent. A replacement bus should have been readily available within a timely fashion.

Every narrator is different with different commentary. Depending on what information you might be interested in, you might enjoy one narrator over another. I know we did.

It was difficult to find the office. The night tour was more than we bargained for- didn’t realize there was a lot of walking and it was cold and windy.
