Carl did a wonderful job of discussing wine basics with our group. He paid a lot of attention to our questions and comments--and presented much information with humor--and excellent samples to go with his discussion. We enjoyed the class--in a beautiful country setting--and recommend it to others. The only downside was noise coming from the tasting area--but don't know what can be done about that--people enjoying themselves.
