Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Sunday-Thursday during spa's operating hours. Appointments are required; subject to availability. Call 727-281-9577 to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. A valid credit card and voucher number are required to hold a reservation. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your spa reservation to fill out a guest intake form. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their appointment time so as not to delay the next guest. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic service charge of 20% (in the amount of $45.77) will be added to your final bill that includes 18% gratuity and a 2% facility fee based on the full retail value of services (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Massage not eligible to be put in the couple's room.
