Food was lousy. The tea was not even good. What tea room only gives you three chooses of tea? The charges were very inflated as well as the gratuity. Very bad. I would like a refund of the portion not used. I would never go back again

I booked for a day when there was a large group which made it extremely hard to hear the person next to me. Had they mentioned that when I booked, I could have picked a different day.

When we got our bill, they overcharged us for the Mimosas and added 20% to what the bill would have been had we paid full price. This brought the bill to more than I paid for the tea. All in all, not a very good experience. This is the first time I have been disappointed with a Travel Zoo purchase.

We could not taste toffee at all. Then we ordered a raspberry Mimosa which was advertised on the sign as we came in, for $4.00. There was only the faintest whisper of raspberry. It was definitely orange juice, but could not really detect any champagne. There was a nice variety in the sandwiches, but they lacked flavor. When we could find a server/ hostess/cook we asked for salt, which did help. Two of the sandwiches had too much bread and not enough filling. The scones were large biscuits, dry and crumbly with no flavor, but the "Devonshire cream" and strawberry jam were good. The desserts were a joke. There was a tiny pink cupcake with yellow topping. I thought boxed strawberry cake mix, my sister thought cherry. The "frosting" tasted like boxed vanilla pudding. Then there was a
