Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; admission to Bok Towers is valid daily during merchant's operating hours from 8 a.m.–6 p.m. (El Retiro is closed on Mondays) Last admission to Bok Tower Gardens is at 5 p.m. El Retiro is open 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Please plan accordingly. Reservations are not required. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Limit two (2) purchases per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Valid for 1 adult (ages 18 and up) or 1 child (ages 6–17).
