The masseur that massage me was good.
I wish they have a shower room where clients can rinse off after a massage.

The scheduling process was a complete joke. The voucher said Saturday/Sunday but I was strongly encouraged to book during the week. It would’ve been much easier to call to schedule than have to do it via email when they didn’t tell you what days/times were available. I asked many questions but wasn’t given many answers. Once at the spa for our appointment, I was taken OUT of the spa, down the hotel lobby hallway in my bathrobe, up the elevator, to a massage room located in the gym...there was no music playing during my 80 minute massage, I could hear people talking & slamming doors (or weights?), the bed was too short for me-my feet entirely hung off the end when I laid on my back, & the face cushion was the most uncomfortable-my face was pressing against wood. The massage therapist did the same motion the entire massage. Didn’t find a tight area & work on it, just kept to the route he was doing. No warm towel to wipe off the oil afterward even though there was a warmer in the room. I was handed a plastic cup of water afterward, which I would expect at a clinical massage appointment, but not at a luxury spa...Meanwhile, my boyfriend was in a nice room back in the spa for his massage, complete with music & water in a real glass. I did not feel pampered in any sense of the word.

Best spa experience I have ever had, and the best massage of my life. Wonderful staff and service. Quiet, soothing, calming, relaxing atmosphere. I didn't ever want to leave and return to the "real world" of noise and bustle!
It's a wonderful place! But outside of getting a deal like the Travelzoo voucher, this is a place for those in the upper income range (at least $75k a year for a single person), not for the rest of us. Outside of some of the manicures and pedicures ($40 to $120), one of their body wraps ($125) and the 25 minute massage ($95), there is nothing on their spa menu under $180. And most services are $250 to $500. So great value for the money if you can manage to get a coupon deal, but otherwise "save up to go once a year to unobtainable" for 85% of us.
