Upon arrival, present printed voucher to box office located in the atrium at the Fourth Avenue entrance of the Columbia Center for a dated and timed ticket. The observatory is open seven days a week, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Labor Day through May 1, and 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. May 2 - Labor Day, with last admission one hour before close. Must be 21 with valid ID to be served alcohol. Subject to weather conditions. Valid for the number of people listed beside each option. Cannot combine with other offers. Must use in one visit.
