Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout, you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation: A 24-hour cancellation is required. Cancellations within 24 hours could result in voucher forfeiture. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture.

There may be limited availability per day at this discounted rate. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. Call to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 18% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant at time of making appointment; this is standard for all customers).
