Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Great view, good service. Food is hit or miss and vastly overpriced, but you expect that price point when you have such a great view. Desserts were delicious and cocktails were good. I would go back for coffee and dessert or drinks and appetizers.

Very good food and service. This date was to celebrate our wedding anniversary (2 couples who happen to have anniversaries 1 day apart). We were given 2 complimentary desserts with Happy Anniversary written on it. We left the place happy and contented. We plan to celebrate our anniversaries here again

We were disappointed about the travelzoo deal. It changed! Before you had a special menu, all prepaid with no conditions, all included. Now you only get a 20% discount from the regular menu, the deal is very limited.
Thus hardly worth driving there for two hours!

My wife and I had very nice experience. We were seated with an ocean view that made the lunch even better. Even though the meal was tasty, it is a little pricey. If you are going to use a Travelzoo coupon, make sure that you order enough to get the full value. We should have ordered appetizers! Instead, we had to get a dessert to go.

Enjoyed lunch at the Moonraker. Reservations could be made on line and I did such as no one answered the phone when I called. To my surprise it cost like $9.00 to make a reservation I thought that was a money grab. Our group did not drink alcohol, so Moonraker substituted soft drinks. The entrees were served too quick and we had not even finished our appetizers. They have a 2 hour limit to this dining experience and it felt like they were rushing us through our meal.
The service was very good and the waiter answered what questions we had about this promotional on-line deal and what he was not authorized to do, he got permission from a manager.

We have purchased and used the travelzoo vouchers for Moonraker in the past. This most recent voucher has different terms: a credit toward your bill rather than a 3 course luncheon for each person. No longer such a great deal. Menu prices are very high. Voucher might get you 2 courses per person but only if you choose wisely. Expect to pay more, in addition to voucher cost, if you want 3 courses. We were disappointed. Will probably not purchase these vouchers again.

Every met or exceeded my expectations. The panoramic windows were right across from our booth table. The menu offered both unique and classics. The food was excellent. The service was amazing. Our waitress was attentive and polite. There were assistant wait staff filling glasses and removing dishes, There was live piano music playing upon entry and during the meal. The value of the Travelzoo deal was well worth it. When I saw the cost of the meal before the discount, I thought it was still a good value. We are returning, even without a Travelzoo deal.

I think it was smart marketing for Moonraker and Travelzoo to offer this deal through Travelzoo. Now that I am familiar with Moonraker and the area, I am returning even if I don't have a special discount. I have already started telling friends and family. Travelzoo is new to me. I wasn't sure if their vacation offerings were legit. This Moonraker deal allowed me to "dip my toes" and see if Travelzoo was for real. My trust in Travelzoo is much higher now.

We’ve gone to Moonraker’s Sunday brunch a few times before but usually disappointed with the staff/service due to the very long waiting time. In the past, we would be seated and it would take ~20 minutes before the server approached us and took our drink orders. On one occasion, we waited for 30-minutes, attempted to get the server’s attention who never made eye contact and had to finally go up to the front desk to ask for service. It would usually take several minutes of waiting to get our drinks or appetizers, whichever comes first. Then there’s more waiting in between the 3-course meal. But on this last visit, we were pleasantly surprised! Once we were seated, the server came to our table and greeted us. She was genuinely friendly and very efficient; our meal came timely. It was truly a much better experience than our previous visits. Fingers cross that Moonraker will continue with the new and improved service!!! It makes a huge difference in customer experience.
