Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 7-day cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. A $25 fee applies per person to reschedule within same calendar year (paid directly to the Merchant; this is standard for all customers). All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays, Wednesdays–Sundays for 9 a.m.–3 p.m. time slots. Hours subject to change during the season. Be sure to check the merchant's website for the most up-to-date hours. Reservations required; subject to availability. Email to make a reservation, see voucher for details; mention your Travelzoo voucher, but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at Half Moon Bay Kayak Company. It is recommended to email Half Moon Bay Kayak Company about your desired booking time and date as far in advance as possible. Must book at least 1 day in advance. No same-day bookings will be honored. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value; 18-20% is customary for good service. Not valid on Tuesdays during the winter season hours.
