Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 24-hour cancellation applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All "no-shows" and late arrivals (more than 30 minutes late) will result in voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid select days of the week (depending on voucher) during merchant's operating hours (see voucher for validity). Jeep tours are valid for 6 participants (recommended for 4 adults and 2 teens/children, with teens in the third-row seating). No children or infants under age 5 or lap children on any Jeep tour or charter. Front-facing car seat(s) required for any young children on Jeep tours; young children must be seated in a car seat in second-row seating at all times. Car seats provided by merchant upon request. No guests under age 12 on Segway tours. Ages 12-17 must be with a parent or guardian on the Segway tour. All guests must weigh between 100 and 275 pounds on Segway tours; no weight exceptions. Pregnant guests prohibited from Segway tours; not recommended for some guests over age 70 or with mobility, motor control concerns or recent surgeries. Subject to weather conditions.
