Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic service charge of $54.95 based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers).
