Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Monday–Friday through Sept. 30; Daily in October during spa's operating hours. Valid through Oct. 31. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call 619-557-3663 to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic 20% gratuity based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided is included in the pricing above (paid directly to the merchant at the time of service; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on Saturday–Sunday through Sept. 30, holidays and holiday weekends.
