All in all a really nice experience. My only suggestions would be: 1) we were first time guests there and typically the spa check-in desk has someone walk you to the locker rooms and show you around but here they give you a robe and slippers and you are on your own. It's four different levels so a little confusing for a first-timer. 2) the showers drained slow ... probably because of the hair that was in the drain in two of the showers. yucky... 3) Hotel spas are always going to be on the pricey side. All together we paid $415 for two 50-minute massages, parking, two complimentary glasses of champagne, lunch and tips. My husband loved his massage so that is good news!

Changing rooms (steam + suana) very nice, spa lounge and treatment top-notch. The Emminence facial was really well done - great therapist and glass of bubbles afterwards was lovely. Only downside was the pool area it's more of a lap pool but there were lots of used towels left on loungers and the food/bev service was a little spotty. All in all a nice deal for the price point.

The gym and spa are beautiful. Try and spend the day there. We did an amazing yoga class and the pool and lounge area are very nice. Food and beverage service at the pool was a little slow but once we called them, they realized it was an error on their end and the food and drinks arrived. Thanks to the front desk at the spa/gym, to Joshua and Elizabeth (amazing masseuses) and to Gabriel from delivered our food!!

Had a wonderful experience! Our husbands got me and my friends a Mother’s Day gift card so we could all go together. Everything was perfect! Clean, modern, beautiful spa. The restaurant was also very clean and enjoyed a delicious brunch. Would love to next time do the afternoon tea in the beautiful Victorian themed dining hall!

Went for a couples massage and everything was amazing. Booking was so smooth and easy. Got to use the amenities and take a yoga class with Karina which was amazing. The gym is very comprehensive and the outdoor gym is just fabulous! Everything you could ever need with a beautiful view! The lap pool was heated and just perfect. The jacuzzi was perfect as well. Able to order food on our phones that was brought to us while on the rooftop which was soooo convenient. Our massages were absolutely AMAZING! Such a fantastic experience and the ambiance was absolutely perfect! Staff was so friendly! Steam room and sauna were great as well. Cant wait to come back again to this beautiful location!!! Well done Travelzoo!! Well done indeed!!! :D

Friendly check in and tour of facility, large outdoor pool area and fitness center. Clean spa and friendly staff. enjoyed the facial, comfortable atmosphere and table. 3 hour parking was a plus, very easy to park and leave.

The package did come with A soothing foot scrub and glass of Champagne, however that was not offered to me. I was ok with that since I enjoyed the rest of the experience but it could turn many off.
