The massage was amazing. Check in was great.
Showers weren't working which made us upset at the end. Also, the pool bar drinks were very expensive.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was wonderful
I showered after a workout and steam, but the water in the shower would not heat up. Everything else about my experience was wonderful

could not use pool as weather was bad, but steam room was nice and nice bath products. The aromatherapy massage was good but the scent hardly noticable
validate paerking for 3 hours. we had lunch and didnt want to rush so had to have restaurant validate our meal and then drive out and back in for the spa validation to not get hit with really high parking fee

Massage was very good.
Mostly due to the time of year and weather, I would not book this deal again in the winter. Met two friends there for spa and lunch. None of the restaurants were open. Too cold and rainy for pool and jacuzzi. Needs to be a summer/Fall deal.

Parking was too expensive. Restaurant food was poor. They precharge a tip that I thought was too high. They offered to change it, but I felt uncomfortable.

There was mold on the ceiling. The masseuse was very rushed during my whole massage then spent a lot of time on my feet at the end when I told her I had back problems.

My aesthetician Virginia was wonderful
Mold all over the ceiling in the locker room near the steam room, dirty towels all over the locker room and showers, broken sink, $20 for parking , unannounced automatic gratuity-

The massage was pleasant enough - my masseuse seemed a little blase .
The lack of staff presence at the front counter during check in/check out and assisting in the "relaxation lounge" where there was a group of loud young ladies and no water to drink.

If did not have the deal not sure worth the price as spa amenities limited. Enjoyed pool time with some friends and the steam room. Therapist was very interesting and nice and did share valuable knowledge but was too chatty. Acupressure mat should have been described prior to be marking wanting it, not what I expected. Entrance to/from pool from spa would be nice.
