Why We Love This Deal
The only thing better than whale watching is whale watching with the experts. On this tour that conveniently departs from downtown S.D., you'll be accompanied by the environmental education pros from Ocean Connectors, who can tell you all about the marine friends you're making along the way.

The water was pretty rough that day and I felt nauseous most of the trip so I could not enjoy the watching as much as I would have liked to.

Our docent was very knowledgeable and informative. You can tell she loves her job from her enthusiasm. We learned a lot about whales from her.

Did the two hour cruise. Booked on the phone with my voucher but I did not know I had to go to the ticket booth when you arrive so know that before getting in line! Parking was a little tricky. We paid $20 at a peer lot because, the Maritime Museum lot was four blocks away and we would not have made the cruise. I think one hour is enough, but the two hour gave us a lot of history and the staff were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about San Diego! Was relaxing and educational. Highly recommend! A lot of bang for your buck.

The trip was very enjoyable and the narrator was very informative and interesting. It was a great value!
The only complaint is due to miscommunication. 1 of our party was left at the dock as she was waiting for another friend who was told she could get on and our friend was waiting with the ticket. They wouldn't let her on even though the boat was still there. She missed the first part of the trip.
