Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout, you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. If you cancel or change your reservation in violation of the merchant’s cancellation policy, you may be subject to voucher forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid through Dec. 31, 2023, during merchant's operating hours (see voucher for each sail's respective dates and times). Bookings are required with at least a 24-hour advanced notice. Please call 800-442-7847 to book or email Reservation@flagshipsd.com to ensure event is still active for date requested; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving. Redeem voucher at ticket booth on site for boarding pass. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Taxes and service charges are included. Limit 2 purchases per person; may buy 2 additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Valid for 1 or 2 people (depending on voucher). Children 3 and under are free; must be accompanied by an adult. Children tickets (ages 4-12) may be purchased separately. Not valid on products. Cannot combine with other offers. Must use in 1 visit. Flagship Cruises and Events reserves the right to cancel an event due to lack of participation, inclement weather or mechanical failure without penalty. Guests that have reserved an event will be offered another date or told to contact Travelzoo for a full refund.
