Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. We could not have been happier with our visit. The front staff (Sara and Laura) were very friendly and helpful. They welcomed our dog with a goodie bag. The tasting staff (Becky and Stephanie) were informative and friendly. Enjoyed the Restaurant also. Room was great, comfortable bed, large bathroom and loved the electric fireplace. Landscaping was beautiful. Will definitely go back.

The resort was delightful. The amenities ere nice, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and personable. The onsite restaurant and tasting room was very nice.

I called many times about our reservation; Sarah is so patient and me so welcomed. She was very thorough in explaining the details of the winery resort. I felt like I was the only person she had to accommodate. On the day of our arrival, Beth was in the registration desk and we received the same personal touch. We love the accommodation and the location is great.

We stayed at Carter Creek one night and were happy we did. The room was spacious and well furnished, the grounds and views were pretty, and having a restaurant on site was a plus. One does have to pay attention to restaurant days and hours as we made a reservation for 6:15 pm, not realizing it closed at 7:00. The tasting room is very pretty, and the server was knowledgeable and personable. We didn't try the spa or the pool but did take advantage of the continental breakfast which offered a few nice hot and cold items.

Very nice place. But as 45 minute drive Fredricksburg. The restaurant was exceptional. Our only problem was with the free breakfast. We expected more from such a nice resort.

It was a great time to get away at the Carter Creek winery. It was a great all-inclusive area, the only negative was that it was an additional 30 minutes into Fredericksburg.
