Most of the elevators were not working. Our room was dirty, the sheets had blood stains, and they had to change our room.

The location on the river is good and a nice view of the river and bridge from hotel and pretty peaceful on the upper floors from city noise

Was charged for parking and when complained, was reversed but then charged $40 in fees and taxes. Will find a way to charge extra. Also, room service began slamming (not knocking but actually hitting) our door at 9am demanding to know when we were checking out. Check out was 11 am. Advised management who were less than helpful. Really poor service

Ageing but still well maintained. Lots of traffic noise even on higher floors. I was on the 16th floor. Blackout curtains not very good.

The first room had a bad odor which we were prepared to live with but then the shower malfunctioned so we had to switch rooms which was annoying. The staff handled the situation well which lessened the disappointment.

We had a great time at the Hilton even though their restaurant service was not available due to COVID. The view of the Delaware River from our hotel room was fantastic and the rooms/property were clean.

The pool at this hotel is great. large pool, clean, with great views of the river and the city. Highly recommend. And The Moshulu restaurant on the river next to the Hyatt is also very good! The Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia is a brief 5 block walk away with tons of shops and restaurants.

When I booked, I asked if small children could stay in one room. I was assured yes and to book 2 adults 2 children. I was also told we could use the pool. When I got there, they would only allow 4 people to use the pool for one hour. They also insisted no one would have told me that 6 people could stay in on room even if they were small children. Everyone was so upset. This was the reason I booked the hotel---strictly for the pool!
