Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture. Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled service time are subject to forfeiture.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid Mondays-Thursdays during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call the spa to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. If you would like to request a particular spa professional, please let the spa know when you book your appointment. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on Fridays-Sundays. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Minimum age requirements apply. St. Somewhere Spa guests must be 18 years or older to use the spa facilities or to receive massage and body treatments. Facials are available to guests 16 years of age, accompanied by an adult. Valid for 1 person. Must use in 1 visit. Not valid on products. Must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Cannot combine with other offers. Cell phone usage is not permitted in the spa. Please keep your cell phone stored in your spa locker. Guests are asked to leave on either bottom undergarment or swimsuit while robed. Hotel is not responsible for lost items. Swimsuits are required to be worn while using the whirlpool and waterfall pool in the Blue Haven Lounge as this is a co-ed relaxation lounge.
