Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher becomes nonrefundable.
Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Children 18 and under stay free of charge. Additional guests can stay for an additional $20 per night. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests in a king room; and 4 guests in a two-queen room.
Additional hotel-specific charges: A $35 (Resort Casita) or $41 (Poolside Casita) tax per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is an additional $15 plus tax, per day.

I have been to La Quinta Resort before it became a Curio Collection by Hilton site. It's a beautiful property, but this visit I noticed changes in the decor and updates to the showers. While the size of the rooms and the showers, I was a little disappointed in the updated shower tilework. I think the colorful Mexican tiles in the original design would have been matched better with the new neutral design, and the barn door was not a fit. The comfort of the bed and the room was excellent, however.

Been coming to this resort. for over 25 years on and off - has gotten very expensive and very corporate - has lost some of the laid back charm since the Hilton takeover. But still love the place but not my first choice anymore - first time back in 7 years so it was nice.

We loved the resort! We found the food items in their restaurants to be priced very high. After eating breakfast there the one day, we decided to go off property for other meals. We loved the fireplaces in our room and on our patio.

Very peaceful. If you think this place is for where one can bring their kids to be loud, it’s not the place but our kids still enjoyed the pool and clean/manicured grounds. Located near shops, has three restaurants on site (Mexican, American and a more upscale restaurant), along with a coffee shop.

We absolutely love this resort. Our room was clean and spacious and poolside which was great. Our dinner at Morgan’s was delicious and we loved strolling around after dinner walking our Poms and playing games. Our only negative would be that the gardeners started cutting and raking plants right outside just after 6am. It was pretty loud and continued for quite a while. As a result We ended our staycation a little early. Oof.

Hubby and I wanted a quick and easy get away from OC. It was easy to get to, in app check-in, key, concierge, and room service ordering was a breeze. Room and resort were beautiful. Yes, it was 114 degrees, but we expected the heat, and our trip was planned around having frozen drinks in the pool. Which is exactly what we did.

Room service breakfast was fast, easy, and good. All of the servers and staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. However, meals at Adobe Grill and Twenty6 were lack luster. Felt like the food quality was scaled back for the quiet low tourist season.

We are having a large party in September, so we wanted to check out the grounds. They were beautiful. Staff did not go out of their way much (only a couple of people did), but we do love the grounds.

Ask your bartenders to be a bit more cheerful. The front desk should be more helpful when asking questions about groups, site tours, etc. They were unhelpful, and we traveled a distance to look at the property.

This is our second time coming here and we’ll definitely return. It’s so beautiful and everyone is very nice. We love having our own little pool area. Shout out to Champagne George who came around with a golf cart where you can order champagne or other drinks. He was so fun and helped us to celebrate my friends birthday! Can’t wait to come back.

This place is magical. This was our fourth trip here in less than six months.
We love the casitas. All have separate tub and showers, and the 41 pools. So much to do and see without needing to leave the property. Miles of meandering paths with fruit trees and flowers and gorgeous Mountain Views.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maid service came every day without needing to request them. We loved hanging out at the adults only pool.

Our only negatives were the small pool right outside our room was taken over all three days of our vacation by a big family /group who kept it staked out like their own personal camping spot from morning until evening. They were so loud that we couldn't even take an afternoon nap in our room with everything closed up. Also, the restaurants (we ate in all 3) were ridiculously expensive and the menus were very limited. We shared a Cob salad, 1 order of fries, 1 bar drink each and with the tip our bill was over $90. That was in the American restaurant. Morgan's was the nicest but our bill was $165 for a shared salad, a shared salmon, a bread service, 1 desert and 1 wine each. At Adobe 2 small tacos, ceviche, 1 desert and 2 reg margaritas was about $100. Next time we won't plan on eating at your restaurants. :(

The only downside of this fabulous resort is that it is 40 mins from most of the restaurants, shops, and pool scene in Palm Springs, so this spot is best for an R&R getaway for couples, families or solos who are hoping to golf and just relax by the pool, and are OK dining on resort (or getting groceries or takeout in LaQuinta town). Dining options in this area off-resort are OK but way less noteworthy than downtown PS.

My stay was really perfect - the room was quiet and clean and very comfortable. I had everything I needed. My only note is related to the shower in my room - it was huge (nice) but the water pressure was not great and it would have been nice to have some hooks in the shower (given its size) to hang up wet swimsuits and washcloths. It also took over 4-5 mins to get hot water around 8:15pm on Sunday night for some reason...

At the hotel we were Welcomed at the front desk by Crystal. She was very friendly and helpful and offered us recommendations and directions for nearby activities and dining. She also selected a wonderful room facing one of the many beautiful pools on property. The Spa and Exercise facilities were great..Restaurant food quality was good and the service was excellent. Everything about our stay was amazing…The only Negative was, the in room Air Conditioning seemed overwhelmed and we were never able to get the room temperature below 85 degrees.

The check-in was very easy with Victoria. Got a casita that was sooo nice. Large area and fireplace. Room was decorated nicely and very large Fireplace in casita and the room. Bathroom with 2 sinks and tub and shower. Location easy to get to golf courses and facility 45 acres. Good gym, tennis courts, etc. So peaceful and restful.
