The food you did receive was yummy. Tea is amazing.

The voucher price was still a bit much for the amount of food you receive. Asked about a second pot of tea and there was a charge even though the voucher said bottomless tea. No gelato included.

I did not appreciate the attitude by one of the staff members. I explained that I have not been to Infusion tea before so I purchased this voucher to try it out. No one really knew how to redeem the voucher but one of the staff members said it's a coupon to half off high tea after 2:00. She was trying to make me pay again for high tea even though I already paid for the voucher. I was also disappointed with the assortment of tea sandwiches and sweets. The bread was stale and the chocolate chip cookies on the tray didn't seem fresh.

Tea wasn't bottomless though as per the voucher only added more hot water to the pot!
