The rides themselves were a fun experience. The legoland cities were incredible! The park is very clean.
Using a Travelzoo voucher was a nightmare. No one knew what to do with them. It took almost 30 minutes for them to figure out what to do and issue our tickets. The additional "managers" never addressed us at all. They would just disappear for long periods of time. Try standing in a line with a six year old who is anxious to get in! Then we FINALLY get in and went directly to the carousel. I put our 6 year old on the outside horse and strapped him in. There was another child to our left who I did not know. Apparently the parent did not strap the child in. I was yelled at by the operator to strap the child in, which I did. Then as I was leaving the ride, I was chastised by the operator about not strapping a child in THAT WAS NOT MY CHILD! As we went through the park there was not an employee ANYWHERE that had a smile on their face. The employees in the gift shops were helpful, however. The map of the park was difficult to work with. Pizza/Pasta $16??

I didn't know that the voucher that i purchased from Travelzoo needed to be emailed to Legoland! Once we arrived, we "WAITED" for about 45 mins before they received the email! A lot of my kids time waisted!! But, overall the park experience was a great one.

My children always love the Chima attraction.
We went on Easter Sunday. The park was pretty empty and the wait times didn't exceed more than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this park for younger children. My 4 and 7 yo had a blast and were able to do everything they wanted (they don't ride roller coasters).
