Staff very courteous and professional.
The massage therapist, Hannah, was excellent. She provided me with a quality massage, and had a very kind and caring attitude. The young lady, Danielle, gave me a very good facial and was polite and caring as she answered my questions.

Berrtha was great. Enjoyed my facial. Calm atmosphere.
Hope that you continue to offer this special. New hotel management/ownership. Do not like the new $4 delivery charge for lunch by the pool, in addition to a 18% gratuity. Fairmont did not have that.

Nice massage. Therapist was very nice. Front desk staff was helpful.
Spa is in need of a remodel. Seemed outdated and kind of tired. Lights were flickering in waiting area/locker room, and speakers in service room were blown out (distorting the music). It was distracting during the massage. Overall, I had a nice massage, but the spa itself needs updating.

Good quality y service and great value
Some of the facilities could use an upgrade, for example the showers and steam room are subpar. However, the quality of the massage and facial are quite good for the price on this voucher. I would probably not pay the full rate at this facility, but will happily continue to go as long as the voucher rate is offered.
