Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Call the spa at 609-449-5380 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. An automatic service charge of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to the cost of your services to cover the cost of the facilities; this service charge is disbursed to the spa team members who served you during your visit. In appreciation for outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given to the team member at your discretion. Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts.
