It took three calls for me to make the appt in the first place since they did not know how to book for a travelzoo deal. Then once we were there the massage therapist were late starting our session so without even telling us deducted 10 mins off OUR massage to make up THEIR time! I was so upset that I went to the manager that didn’t really do much about it. Honestly, once you pay the tax and the MANDATORY 20% tip there is absolutely no value in this travelzoo offer. The place is overpriced and certainly no customer oriented.

Both of us had amazing 50 minute massages by Iris and Victoria. Kudos to the therapists who turned this Spa day around , but definitely disappointed in the total package....not as described. No idea where this picture came from on the ad because we never saw a space like that during our visit.

When we arrived we found out we owed an additional $69 for tax and tips. There was an advertised special on the wall for a massage for $109 so this deal was not a bargain. My wife was not greeted by anyone and was pretty much on her own to figure things out. I had the benefit of a gentleman who showed me around, gave me instructions for the lockers, talked about the spa amenities, etc. Water, no snacks. Not quite up to the standards as advertised. Also we had to walk through the entrance and shops to get to the massage area in our robes and slippers. Weird.

Everyone working there is so nice. Clean place and massage was fantastic. I have been to AC and Caesar many times but never the spa. Thank you Travelzoo for introducing me to such a great spa at such a great price. I can't wait to go back!
