Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout, you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. All no-shows will result in voucher forfeiture. Cancellations, changes or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service when the minimum notification times are not met.

Redeem voucher starting Jan. 2, 2024; valid Mondays-Fridays during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call to 212-842-5505 make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. A credit card will be required to confirm your reservation; if you fail to arrive for your appointment, your credit card will be charged. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic service charge of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on Saturdays-Sundays. Not valid holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Minimum age requirements may apply. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid for 1 person. Must use in 1 visit.
