Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout, you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant Cancellation: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; voucher subject to forfeiture. To reschedule or cancel a reservation, you need to provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any charges. All "no-shows" will result in voucher forfeiture. If you arrive late to your reservation, your session is subject to reduced time.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during merchant's operating hours (check website for hours of operation). Appointments required; subject to availability. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Call 929-344-2888 to make an appointment; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included. Please tip on the full value in cash only; 18-20% is customary for good service. Not valid on: holidays and holiday weekends.
