Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily or Mondays-Fridays (depending on voucher) during merchant's operating hours. Reservations required; subject to availability (see voucher for instructions). When purchasing the daily voucher, reservations for Saturdays-Sundays must be requested four days in advance through email and are subject to availability. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit one 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Limit 1 voucher per table. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Not valid during special events, such as Restaurant Week. Valid for 2 diners only. Dine-in only.
