The bikes were of great quality, and it was pretty easy to get everything sorted out.

I think one of the staff members was a little off-hand, not rude, but very mush like he was annoyed that we had a $16 deal for a $40 activity. Don't offer it for that price then!

The guy that gave out the actual bikes was very helpful and accommodating.

They don't tell you that all the sidewalks in Central Park are not for bikes. The bike trail is 1-way. When we got back 10 minutes late after walking 90% of the way and getting stranded on a 1-way street, they charged us another $18! The managers were rude. One of our bikes was wobbly, although presumably "new."
