Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call (305) 421-8770 to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo USA voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment; it will not be charged. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a leisurely check-in experience and so you can relax and make full use of the spa facilities. If you are late for an appointment, the spa may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest. Upon arrival, present printed voucher or display in Travelzoo USA mobile app. The spa asks that you turn off your mobile phone and electric devices upon arrival. Swimsuits are optional in sauna and locker facilities. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of 20% based on the original, non-discounted price of the services provided will be added (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify the spa agent upon checkout. Limit one 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts.
