Booked this spa day for a friend and myself. The staff was so kind and accommodating, it was worth the experience for them alone. Facilities are above average, and overall experience was nice. Will be back in the future with friends and family.

Very relaxing. The Carillon is super clean and the staff very professional, helpful, and nice. Started the morning with a massage for myself and a body scrub for my wife. Then we spent the rest of the day at the beach and the evening in the hot tub. Great experience. Will do it again.

The spa attendant said I could return with a resort pass and use the rest of the amenities once the hotel opens at full capacity.

The fact I couldn't use the steam room and/or sauna due to covid even though restrictions were lifted by the governor just less than 2 weeks ago put a damper in my expectations. Since Ft. Lauderdale is open at full capacity I thought Miami was too but that was not the case.

Yes, the beach and pool option was very nice.

The massage was not at all a massage, the masseuse just rub oil on my body and instead of mins it was only 30 min massage.

The voucher included beach chair and umbrella. We were told they were full when we showed up (not prior to). I wouldn't have purchased if I thought it was 9nky massage and couldn't spend the day at the beach too
