Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed starting May 1; valid daily through October 31 during spa's operating hours. Appointments required; subject to availability. Call 760-341-1855 or book online on the spa's website to make a reservation; mention your Travelzoo voucher but do not provide your PIN number before arriving at the spa. If booking online, mention your Travelzoo voucher in the "comments" section. Note: A credit card is required to guarantee services at the time of booking. A guest's name on the voucher must match the person using the services. Upon arrival, present printed vouchers only. Tax, if applicable, and gratuity are not included; an automatic gratuity of $33 based on the original, non-discounted price of the services is reflected in the pricing above (paid directly to the merchant; this is standard for all customers). Limit 1 purchase per person; may buy additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Minimum age requirements may apply. Valid for 1 person. Must use in 1 visit.
