the ordering is very confusing, I was not able to use my ticket, apparently, I did not use the 48-hour opportunity on the ticket, and then when I contacted the business, they told me the ticket could still be used, when I tried at a later dated the ticket had expired. so, I lost all of my purchase.

I did not realize that on Fridays there is free admission. We had a "box", but it was pretty far from the action even though there were plenty of empty ones closer to the finish line.

No one really knew what to do with us when we arrived. We had to wait three races before someone got us a program, and our monitor did not work.

The tickets disappeared when we got there so we never got seats just admission.. my passcode did not work - it was a mess- so no will not buy from them again - they should have let us print out the codes which they did not - on phone only and it did not work.

We still had a great time even though we only got general admission and no seats - beautiful day and beautiful horses - we had fun !

The place always has a good vibe and feel. Normally the staff is very helpful and attentive.

The voucher specified making reservations so we had an assigned table. When we arrived our table had been given to another party. Also when we ordered the food, the other couple in our group did not get their food. After 40 minutes of waiting they had to cancel the order and purchase food inside.

The racing was canceled due to rain, which is extremely uncommon. The press release went out after we went on the way, so we discovered it was closed when we arrived. Your policy is to get refunds from the merchant. They informed me their policy is to get a refund from TravelZoo. They offered to rebook a later date and I requested April 22. I have to heard back yet. This is the last time I ever book something with TravelZoo with this kind of "nonrefundable" policy. I would NOT recommend this for anyone else, although I see you are still promoting it in your latest email.

We had plenty of room in our seating area and we really enjoyed wandering the grounds and checking everything out. The venue is beautiful. All staff members were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a relaxing and entertaining experience.
