I had a lovely time at the spa, I would love to have had fresh flavored water, like cucumber or citrus instead of bottled water as an option and perhaps a bowl of fresh fruit like apples and bananas that I have seen offered at other spas.

Many of the facilities were broken, the spa and whirpool. Also I booked my Husband a deep tissue massage and confirmed that when we checked in but then the massage therapist told him he was scheduled for a swedish and he said no it was supposed to be deep tissue. I dont think she knew how to do a deep tissue or she would not have kept saying no its a.swedish. I enjoyed my massage and the facility was clean but it was a little out of the way to get there from our hotel on the strip. I would not book again.

THE MASSAGE WAS GREAT, WE DID TIP ON TOP OF THE MANDATORY GRATUITY THE SPA AMENITIES ARE GREAT.

WE DID NOT GET THE GLASS OF SPARKLING WINE AS IT WAS PROMISED THE LADY AT THE DESK DID MAKE THE VALIDATION OF THE PARKING TO BECOME A HEADACHE, FIRST SOME PHONE CALLS AND WAITING TIME, THEN LATER WE HAD TO GO BACK BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY HAD TO CALL WHENEVER WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE. AT THAT POINT WAS THAT WE WERE HEADING FOR LUNCH AT THE BUFFET. SHE JUST DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE TRAVELZOO DEAL, HOWEVER WHILE WE WERE WAITING A GROUP OF 3 LADIES CAME BY ALSO USING THE SAME VOUCHER. SO..

I was excited to find this deal at the JW Marriott. I've always liked the resort and was glad to find something off the Strip since I'm a local. The experience was well-done from start (booking) to finish (the locker room and showers). My massage was extremely relaxing and my best friend also got a massage that she said was excellent. I look forward to going back again.

The coed area was closed -- it sounded like for renovations (?) but they let us know before we arrived. It also would have been nice if the waiting room had beverage options other than water/tea and if they had little snacks or something.
