Voucher Cancellation and Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Voucher can be redeemed immediately; valid daily during merchant's operating hours. Upon arrival at The STRAT Box Office, present printed "SkyPod Observation Deck Experience" voucher or display in Travelzoo mobile app. Upon arrival at The STRAT Box Office, present printed "Unlimited rides and SkyPod Experience" voucher (or display in Travelzoo mobile app) and government-issued photo I.D. Upon arrival at the SkyJump check-in desk located on the second floor (inside retail shops), present printed SkyJump voucher (or display in Travelzoo mobile app) and government-issued photo I.D. Limit 2 purchases per person; may buy up to 2 additional as gifts. If limit is exceeded, voucher subject to forfeiture. Not valid on private events, holidays or holiday weekends (call merchant for specific date restrictions). Valid for 1 person (ages 14 and up for SkyJump voucher). For thrill-ride vouchers, children 15 and younger must have the accompaniment of a parent or guardian (ages 18 and up; government-issued photo I.D. required for parents/guardians in addition to child). For the SkyJump voucher, children 15-17 must have the accompaniment of a parent or guardian (ages 18 and up; government-issued photo I.D. required for parents/guardians in addition to child). If a parent or guardian is not present for SkyJump, a notarized letter must be presented granting permission. Not valid on products. Cannot combine with other offers. Must use in 1 visit. Must weigh no more than 265 pounds and be at least 52 inches tall to use SkyJump voucher. Must be at least 48 inches tall to ride Big Shot and at least 52 inches tall to ride X-Scream. Must sign waiver to use SkyJump voucher. Thrill ride and SkyJump vouchers subject to weather conditions.
