Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults and children can stay upon prior request (contact the hotel directly for more details). Child Policy: (0–11) children stay for free on complimentary rollaway bed, including kids’ menu meals for children under 12 dining with parents. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Additional hotel-specific charges: Hotel taxes and fees are included in the voucher price, though the following are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel:

• Mandatory green tax of $6 per person, per day for all guests.
• Airport transfers: Roundtrip domestic flight and speedboat transfers are an additional $450 per adult and $350 per child. Domestic flights take up to 20 minutes, and the short speedboat journey is approximately 10 minutes. Roundtrip seaplane transfers are an additional $550 per adult and $450 per child. Seaplane transfers take up to 35 minutes. To book transfers through the resort, please provide your full name as shown on your passport, international arrival and departure flight number, and dates at least 14 days before arrival.
