We booked this trip to celebrate having an empty nest and we wanted to just relax. We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, but this was so far and above the best. Private. Amazing food. Incredible and genuine service. So comfortable and not pretentious. Guests were also very laid back and not loud. We loved that everything shuts down at 10 pm.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful but the service was very slow at the restaurants. Most of the staff seem overworked and were not very friendly. However, we enjoyed our stay and the food at the restaurants was very good. We stayed on the beach where it was quiet but there were lots of young drunk adults at the pool yelling and jumping on the bar chairs at the pool. I would not have been happy to be sitting at the pool or having a room directly at pool level due to the noise level. We picked this "adults only" resort as we wanted a quiet experience but it was definitely not a quiet experience at the pool. Fortunately for us we were able to find a chair on the beach. The other complaint was that the infinity pool was closed which I didn't understand why. This is high season and it should not have been closed.

Had book the sunset cruise for three day, but water was rough and we couldn't go. Still, had a great time.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. However, slight hiccup with redeeming the credits for excursions. The restaurants were only open for specific time slots which made eating what you desired a little difficult. This is also a resort more suited for couples and not friends. It has a very romantic vibe.
