Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. At the time of checkout you can make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy: Once you've made your reservation with Zantium, vouchers are no longer refundable. Changes to your travel dates must be completed more than 90 days prior to departure and are based on availability. Any date changes made less than 90 days before departure will not be accepted. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to scheduled departure date will incur a fee of 25% of the booking total. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to scheduled departure will result in voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Cruise pricing is per person, based on 2 travelers sharing a cabin. Solo traveler pricing is available for a 100% single-use supplement. Charter pricing is based on up to 38 travelers. Children can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please contact Zantium directly for more information.

Additional charges and policies: Port and residence taxes of $95 per person and a National Park entrance (optional) fee of $30 per person are not included and will be paid aboard the cruise. Taxes and fees are included in the land tour pricing. Transfers back to your original port can be arranged with Zantium Travel for an additional cost.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Sasha took care of everything. Everyone on the boat was great and friendly. Very intimate and we got to know everyone! Sights of Croatia and swimming in Adriatic Sea was such a nice experience.

Outstanding experience! Ship was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Room was large for a boat. Crew and guide were extremely congenial and kind. The itinerary was outstanding. The cruise was both relaxing and peaceful but also interesting and fun. The pace was perfect. Scenery extraordinary. Food was good.would very highly recommend. Zantium travel was super responsive to all questions before travel commenced and well Organized and helpful at all times during the trip. Couldn’t have enjoyed this trip more!

We sailed on the Ban with 32 passengers. The itinerary was excellent. A typical day: 7A - boat sails; 8A-9:30A - breakfast; 10:30A-12:30P - boat anchors for swimming and paddle boarding; 1P - lunch; 2:30P - excursion on shore lead by tour director or local guide. Dinner on board ship 3 nights. Food (particularly desserts) was very good. Dinner on shore or at venues 4 nights. Our tour director (Sasa) and the rest of the Ban staff were fabulous. The other passengers were loads of fun and we all got on well together. The cabins were comfortable and cleaned daily. I feel fortunate to have paid the voucher price. Even at full price this is a real bargain.

We had a wonderful land tour of Northern Croatia. Our driver was fabulous and took such good care of us and got us from place to place. The guides were also awesome! They spoke English, told us about the area and so well versed. I liked the hotels, but some were high on mountains and terrain was difficult to get luggage up after parking. We felt bad for the driver and hotel staff. Meals were good, but one hotel where we stayed two nights only had 2 choices and the same menu was offered again the 2nd night. If you didn’t eat fish, you had the same meal two days in a row. The driver got us to the boat in Split and we’re having a great time!
