Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. What a relaxing and wonderful vacation in a gorgeous place. Our family of four (including two fully grown teens) had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The fridge/microwave made it easy to keep drinks and snacks available. The check-in was simple, and we loved the welcome glass of bubble. Dana was an awesome bellman, telling us about the property and our room, as well as how to control the temp, etc. The beach is about a 2 min walk away, but they also provide a shuttle to make it even easier. The pools were sparsely full when we were there (which the staff did note was a down time, right after Soul Festival). Nearby restaurants were great and within easy walking distance (we loved Nos Clubhuis at sunset and for happy hour). We easily reserved chairs and umbrellas at the beach, despite some previous reviews stating that it was hard to get a chair. In all, there is really nothing I would change about this stay (and I'm not afraid to point out deficiencies where I see them… but in this case, there really were now ). Best vacation our family has had in years… loved every second.

We had an island view, and despite the opportunity to upgrade even just before arrival, I didn’t take it. That’s the one thing I might change, not because the ocean view is better (though I’m sure it is)— but because ocean side has a balcony. That would be a lovely place to end the night each evening.
