Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Great trip with my travel zoo voucher. Weather was great, hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was nice and access and use of golf carts was so helpful. Easy to get around this massive property. Water was clear and warm, no seaweed but a little rocky in spots. Beach chairs always available. Beach drink service was spotty when it was very crowded. Food was good - not out of this world where we are but definitely better than most Caribbean resorts. Pricing was fair also. Pool areas were small but never felt overcrowded. All in all we had a nice trip and will be back. P

Casa de Campo is phenomenal. It's such a gorgeous property and large enough that you don't feel trapped. Every room comes with a golf cart so you can get to the different (and unique) areas of the resort. It's a very safe property. You're basically in a really high-end neighborhood, so my wife feels comfortable going out for walks on her own, which she definitely wouldn't do in other parts of the DR. The beach is fantastic. The ocean is always a great temperature here, and the rock breakers keep the waves nice and mellow. There are almost no rocks under the water either, so it's almost like being in a pool in the ocean. The golf is incredible. All of the courses are always in pristine condition. The rooms are nice and the service is great. They do maid service and turn-down service every day. The food is really good!

We had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful 5star resort. The staff the gems of the resort were incredible. They welcomed my husband and myself as family. The resort experience is like being in paradise. My husband was celebrating his birthday and the staff made sure he enjoyed every single moment. Our room was fantastic and so was the food. Breakfast was included with the voucher (delicious). Great value for the unbelievable price of the voucher. Golf was also included. My husband felt like he was in golfers paradise. We are returning next year.
